3. Backcountry Hiking Safety, Pole Load Limits & Water Purification Disclaimer

Backcountry & Wilderness Safety Warning: Trekking, alpine hiking, and bushwalking involve inherent physical risks including falls, hypothermia, sudden weather shifts, and physical fatigue. Hikers are responsible for trail navigation, weather tracking, and proper equipment use. Trekking Pole Load Notice: Carbon fiber trekking poles provide kinetic balance and reduce joint strain during normal walking; they are not certified climbing anchors or safety belays. Do not extend sections past designated "STOP" line markers. Water Filtration Disclaimer: 0.1-micron hollow fiber membranes filter out 99.9999% of bacteria (such as E. coli, Salmonella) and protozoan cysts (Giardia, Cryptosporidium). They do not remove dissolved chemical pollutants, heavy metals, or viruses unless specifically used with secondary chemical/UV purification methods. Vyro Trek is not liable for waterborne illnesses resulting from water contamination, trail falls, pole breaks caused by lateral levering, or injuries sustained during outdoor expeditions.
